Flat monthly prices. Pick the tier by counting.

Bookkeeping means: we sort every purchase, match what came in to who paid you, make sure the bank balance agrees with the books, keep your receipts and miles, and send you one page a month that says how you did. The tier depends on how many accounts and transactions you have, never on what you earn.

More than 300 transactions a month: we quote it. Liberty Tax clients who also do their return with us get 10% off the monthly price.

One-time work

Catch-up and cleanup: quoted by the month of records after we see one statement. Half up front, half when the books reconcile.
Xero setup: $450. Chart of accounts for your trade, bank feeds, invoice template with your logo, one hour of training at your desk. Free with six months of Standard or Full.
Year-end package on its own: $350, from books that already reconcile.
Extra training or consulting: $95 an hour. Rare; the monthly price covers most questions.

What is never on the bill

Hourly surprises. The monthly price is the price.
Tax advice or tax returns. Liberty Tax is down the hall for that.
Sorting your receipts first. Send them however they are.
